[cPanel-News] Panel & WHM updates to 11.32.3.21 for RELEASE and STABLE tiers

cPanel is pleased to announce the promotion of cPanel 11.32.3.21 to the RELEASE and STABLE tiers.

Notable updates include:
Validation of Secure Socket Layer(SSL) Certificate Authority (CA) bundles fail due to outdated certificates.
Restore the ability to share information globally in the Horde webmail interface.
Locale improvements in modify account interface for resellers. 
 
We highly recommend that all users on the RELEASE and  STABLE tiers update to this version. 

To update cPanel & WHM manually:  

Log into WHM as the root user. 
Click on the WHM 11.32.X (build X) link on the top right corner of the screen.
Click the button labeled Click to Upgrade.
