[cPanel Releases] cPanel 11.28 ready for the RELEASE tier

This Wednesday, November 3, 2010, we intend to publish cPanel & WHM version 11.28 to the RELEASE tier.

We anticipate publishing to the remaining product tiers on the following dates:

   -----------------------------
   STABLE     November 17, 2010
   DNSONLY    November 17, 2010
